on the combination of the Mindfulness Based Stress
Reduction Program and the Reducing Stress Through
Meditation Program.

What Is STRESS? Stress is any condition, conscious or unconscious, that impairs the body’s natural efficiency. Good health is one’s ability, inborn or learned, to adapt fluidly to life’s changes and challenges.
