Fran designed this unique stress reduction program. Each class offers a specific theme allowing a better understanding to what meditation is about.

Meditation is the art of being still. Practiced on a regular basis can profoundly affect your body, mind and your overall sense of well-being.

Charge Yourself With Loving Light & Energy (applied immediately throughout the day)

Discussions leading up to each meditation that helps expand ordinary consciousness awareness. Making the unconscious more conscious. Often we are not even aware of our daily unhealthy behavior.

For those who have taken these sessions the majority seem to take something from all the meditations and combine it into a program that works for them. When you give someone options, a commitment to follow through is much greater.
